About TOXMAP Accessibility

Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act requires that members of the public with disabilities and Federal Government employees with disabilities have access to and use of information and data comparable to individuals who do not have disabilities. The Specialized Information Services Division (SIS) of the National Library of Medicine is committed to making TOXMAP as accessible as possible to all of its users.

Our goal is to accommodate your information needs while exploring and using TOXMAP. Feedback from you, the user, is very important.

If you experience any difficulty while using assistive technology or accessing information while on the TOXMAP web site, please contact us via email or call us at (301) 496-1131. Please include detailed information about the nature of the problem, the specific Web address (URL) of the page where the problem occurred, the web browser and version you were using, and/or the TOXMAP feature with which you need assistance.

For more information, refer to the National Library of Medicine's Accessibility Information page.

Note: TOXMAP's data are also available in text-only format from the National Library of Medicine's TRI, HSDB, and TOXLINE systems, the U.S. Census Bureau's USA Quick Facts, and at the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry.
